Job summary

ModMed is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our Data Analytics team in Boca Raton, FL. This hands-on role focuses on turning complex business questions into scalable data models and actionable insights, partnering with stakeholders to drive informed decisions.

You will design trusted data models, implement dbt pipelines, and build dashboards that empower self-service analytics across departments, while exploring GenAI opportunities to enhance data products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related fields.
• Fluency in SQL, dbt, and ideally Python; strong understanding of modern data tooling.
• Experience with Databricks (AWS preferred).
• Curiosity about Generative AI and data products.
• Clear, effective communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement trusted data models (dimensional/star schemas) to support self-service analytics.
• Build and optimize scalable dbt pipelines and data products.
• Create enterprise dashboards and visualizations with modern BI tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, product, finance, and sales.
• Contribute to DataOps culture with reliability and automation across the stack.
