Guidehouse is seeking a Sr. Data Analytics Consultant to support Homeland Security and Federal Law Enforcement clients, delivering data-driven insights and solutions using analytics, BI, automation, and low-code technologies.

You will partner with stakeholders to analyze challenges, design dashboards, and implement Power Apps/Power Automate-based workflows. This 100% onsite role requires active Top Secret clearance, a 5+ year consulting background, and strong Python/Power BI skills to drive

Qualifications

Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required.
5+ years of professional experience in consulting, analytics, or related fields.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Intermediate proficiency in Python and Power BI dashboard development.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.

Responsibilities

Evaluate business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and modernization.
Lead requirements gathering sessions and discovery meetings with client stakeholders.
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps for efficiency gains.
Develop and maintain executive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI.
Design and implement Power Apps solutions for data collection, case management, and reporting.
Develop Power Automate workflows to automate processes and improve data quality.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical and functional designs.
Develop KPIs and metrics frameworks to support mission objectives.
Conduct process analysis and recommend improvements for accountability and decision-making.
Create process maps, user stories, and technical documentation.
Present findings and recommendations to client leadership and program stakeholders.
Collaborate with client teams and project managers to ensure delivery and adoption.
