The Senior Data & Analytics Analyst plays a key role in advancing Patterson’s data-driven culture through business intelligence, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. This role partners with Vendor Management, Category Management, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and executive leadership to transform enterprise data into actionable insights that improve vendor, product, customer, and commercial performance. The ideal candidate combines strong technical analytics skills with business and financial acumen and can translate complex data into clear recommendations for both business leaders and technical teams. The candidate will work in a hybrid capacity for the office in St. Paul, MN.
Success will be measured by reducing manual reporting, increasing automated and self-service analytics, improving visibility into vendor/product/customer performance, accelerating executive reporting, and delivering actionable insights that influence vendor, category, marketing, and commercial decisions.
Operating a computer or other office devices for the majority of the workday. May occasionally need to move packages up to 10 pounds such as office supplies or equipment. Must be able to communicate with others in person, over the phone, and in writing. Must be able to understand and effectively exchange accurate information with others such as coworkers, customers and vendors. Must be able to read and interpret various electronic and written documents.
This position is in an office environment in which team members occupy desks in assigned areas or at meeting/collaboration spaces within the building. The building’s primary work areas consist of desks, chairs, computers and other office equipment and devices for professional services.

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount could exceed this range, based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills.
$85,500.00 - $113,966.67
