Qualifications

• Master’s degree in CS, analytics, or related quantitative field.
• At least 5 years of analysis or reporting with data warehouse concepts.
• Experience with MS SQL Server or Oracle databases.
• Proficient in BI data analysis/visualization tools.
• Advanced Excel with PowerQuery/PowerPivot.
• Experience with ETL development.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Python for business solutions and textual pattern analysis.
• Experience in high-volume CPG distribution and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics in SQL, Azure, PowerBI, and MS Excel using statistical models or industry‑accepted tools.
• Provide automated data solutions, tools, and self-service capabilities for data consumers.
• Translate business needs into the design and development of tools, metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization.
• Respond to data‑related inquiries in real time to support business and technical teams.
• Provide analytical insights to enable growth strategies for the ReadyRefresh business.
• Collaborate with functions to understand the business and how data can unlock opportunities.
• Establish and maintain data quality principles including metadata, lineage, and definitions.
