Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Supply to join a leader in the Consumer Technology space. The role focuses on shaping how supply-side data drives performance across live events, seller operations, and decision-making. You will partner with Supply, Product, Engineering, Client Success, and Account Management to define measurement approaches and surface opportunities.

Remote in the US. Candidates should have strong SQL skills, the ability to turn complex datasets into actionable

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or related fields
• Expert-level SQL skills with experience analyzing large datasets
• Ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces and deliver actionable insights
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex analyses and inspire action
• Demonstrated track record of influencing business strategy with data
• Nice-to-have: Experience in a two-sided marketplace

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Supply to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.

This role will help shape how supply-side data is used to improve performance across live events, seller operations, and internal decision-making. You will partner closely with Supply, Product, Engineering, Client Success, and Account Management to define measurement approaches, surface opportunities, and guide strategic trade-offs. The position calls for someone who can turn complex datasets into clear recommendations that influence business actions and strengthen marketplace relationships. It is a strong fit for an analyst who enjoys solving ambiguous problems and using data to drive growth in a fast-moving consumer technology environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $108,000 – $157,000 annually
