Job summary

Blue Sky Innovators, Inc. seeks a Data Analyst and SETA Technical Support SME for Undersea Warfare (USW) with Top Secret clearance, located in Chantilly, VA. The role focuses on analysis, reporting, and program execution to support fleet operations.

The candidate will prepare quad charts, brief senior leaders, and coordinate with staff. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten years in USW-related experience, including ASW/UUV/METOC domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a fully credited college or university.
• Ten (10) years of operational fleet experience qualified in an Undersea Warfare (USW) specialty area or equivalent supported by staff experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize reports on program accomplishments for Flag Officers and Congressional staff.
• Coordinate with executive staff to ensure efficient processes and workflows.
• Create quad charts, respond to RFIs, and track budget cycles.
