Qualifications

• 7+ years of data analysis and BI experience.
• 5+ years building analytics with Power BI, Tableau or similar.
• Strong SQL, data modeling and ETL/ELT development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance operational reports, dashboards, scorecards, and self-service analytics solutions.
• Design and deliver interactive dashboards using Power BI to support executive and operational decisions.
• Extract, transform, validate, and analyze data from multiple enterprise systems with quality data.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and data models in Snowflake and other cloud environments.
• Build and support ETL/ELT processes using dbt, Alteryx, Databricks or similar tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions.
• Identify trends and actionable insights through advanced data analysis.
• Collaborate with data engineering to improve data pipelines and reporting performance.
• Support data governance, data quality, and reporting standards initiatives.
• Explore AI-driven analytics to enhance reporting and insights.
• Mentor junior analysts and share reporting best practices.
