Job summary

Scale AI, a leader in AI data solutions, seeks a Senior Data Analyst for Public Sector to build analytics from the ground up, partnering with cross-functional teams and leadership to solve problems, design dashboards, build tables, and perform ad-hoc analyses shaping Scale's Public Sector business.

The role requires 6+ years of experience, advanced SQL, DBT, and BI tools (Tableau, Metabase), strong business acumen, excellent communication, and active Secret clearance;.Top Secret preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant data analytics experience.
• Advanced SQL and DBT proficiency.
• Experience building dashboards with Tableau or Metabase.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder collaboration.
• Excellent communication and ability to convey complex analysis clearly.
• Active Secret U.S. security clearance is required; Top Secret is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own data quality for your domain, document models, and define metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track key metrics.
• Develop repeatable, scalable analytics solutions such as dashboards and data models.
• Partner with Ops to measure efficiency initiatives and impact on cost and delivery.
• Partner with Finance to analyze cost drivers across programs and inform pricing.
• Dig deep into data to uncover root causes and drive complex projects to completion.
