Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Data Analyst III to deliver a final business solution to the operations team through a Power BI experience.

Shape data into a crisp design and provide a seamless user experience as a supply chain domain expert leveraging Ryder's Azure Data Lake to drive analytics initiatives. Design critical dashboards, reports, and queries to inform strategic decisions, perform ad-hoc analyses, and identify descriptive and prescriptive insights for internal teams and external

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, data analytics or equivalent.
2+ years in creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business; cloud environment experience.
2+ years in applied projects demonstrating digital transformation and data management.
4+ years in an individual contributor role as a key team member.
Experience with data lake or big data environments is a plus.
Exchange of data sources and analytics beyond basic reporting to deliver insights.

Responsibilities

Develop dashboards by understanding business needs, translating data into usable visuals for decisions.
Engage the business to evaluate needs and prioritize ad-hoc requests with innovative solutions.
Enhance data maturity and integration to standardize core value-add functionality.
Collaborate with junior members to help them succeed.
Lead analytical product innovation and curate new data sources for actionable insights.
