Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst III to design and deliver analytical dashboards and reports using Power BI, driving strategic decisions for the supply chain.

You will work with a team of analysts and data scientists to shape data in Azure Data Lake and push the boundaries of big data analytics. The role emphasizes collaboration across the business, strong communication, and a focus on actionable insights, with opportunities to mentor colleagues and grow within Ryder's analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent.
• 2+ years creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business; cloud environment experience.
• Experience delivering dashboards and analytics in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards by understanding business needs, translate data into visualizations.
• Engage with business stakeholders to prioritize ad-hoc requests and drive solutions.
• Enhance data maturity and integration to standardize core analytics capabilities.
• Support and mentor junior team members to achieve success.
