Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst III to deliver a final business solution to the operations team via a Power BI experience. The Data Analyst's technical skills will shape data into a crispy design with a smooth user experience, as a domain expert of supply chains and use cases.

You will work with Ryder's Azure Data Lake driving analytics initiatives and design critical dashboards and reports. Collaborating with Data Analysts and Scientists, you will push the envelope in the big data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent.
• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent.
• 2+ years creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis; cloud experience.
• 2+ years in applied projects demonstrating digital transformation and data management.
• 4+ years as an individual contributor within a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards by understanding business needs and translating data into visualizations.
• Engage the business to prioritize ad-hoc requests and enable innovative solutions.
• Enhance data maturity and integration to standardize core value-add functionality.
• Collaborate within a team and mentor junior members to succeed.
• Challenge status quo and guide innovation in analytical products and data sources.
• Understand Ryder's business complexity and the role of data in the supply chain.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
