Job summary

Old Republic Title is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for a hybrid role requiring proximity to Plano, TX or Minnetonka, MN. The candidate will use Power BI to model data, write SQL queries, and support data development throughout all lifecycle phases.

Typically 5–10 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science or information systems are expected. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 with broad employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in CS/IS or related fields; or equivalent work experience.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Power BI data modeling, transformations and visualizations.
• Advanced SQL including views, stored procedures and functions.

Responsibilities

• Formulate objectives and scope of work through independent research and fact‑finding.
• Apply advanced BI/SQL skills to data source development and validation.
• Work with project teams and manage all phases of a project.
• Provide guidance and training to less‑experienced team members.
