Job summary

Accel Entertainment is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to serve as a key analytics resource across gaming machine performance, software behavior, route and market activity, and enterprise KPIs.

You will design efficient reporting, dashboards, and analytical solutions to measure, explain, and improve performance. You will collaborate with Operations, Product, IT, and data management to deliver timely insights, build scalable data pipelines, and responsibly use AI tools to accelerate analyses while

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar analytics role.
• Strong hands-on experience writing T-SQL queries in SSMS, including joins, aggregations, subqueries, window functions, and data validation.
• Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools.

Responsibilities

• Interpret data and analyze results to support recurring reporting, ad hoc analyses, business reviews, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize T-SQL queries and analytical datasets.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate trends, KPIs, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Partner with IT and data management to coordinate data collection and validation.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable business insights for management.
