Job summary

Innovee Consulting LLC is seeking aSenior Business Analyst to lead advanced business analysis for complex technology projects supporting data reporting initiatives. The role focuses on data analysis, requirements gathering, and detailed documentation for multi-project efforts.

The candidate will work remotely in the United States, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design technical solutions, oversee UAT, and support training and implementations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, analytical, written, verbal, and presentation communication skills in English.
• Experience in gathering requirements and creating reports.
• Facilitating the creation and analysis of business requirements and working with business area personnel to design technical solutions.
• Participating in and providing guidance on user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and implementation-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Gather, develop, and document requirements for complex tech projects.
• Review, assess, and develop business processes to support data reporting.
• Validate user acceptance testing and support training and implementation.
• Analyze data, identify root causes of data errors, document data flows, and publish reports.
