Job summary

Graham Windham seeks a Senior Data Analyst to design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports across programs. You will collaborate with IT to ensure a robust data model and data quality, and you will translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.

You will perform ad hoc SQL analyses, contribute to an enterprise data environment, and help staff build data literacy while upholding privacy and confidentiality practices. Some travel to NYC sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years in data analysis or BI.
• Proficient in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query with data modeling experience.
• Strong SQL skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Experience designing dashboards and data models in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication to convey technical findings to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineers on enterprise data model.
• Perform ad hoc SQL queries and data analyses.
• Document data definitions, dashboard logic, and methodologies.
• Translate stakeholder requests into technical requirements.
• Coach program staff in interpreting dashboards and data.
