• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, product analytics, strategy analytics, business intelligence, partnership analytics, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for querying, manipulating, validating, and analyzing business data.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau for developing dashboards, reports, and business visualizations.
• Experience with Splunk for accessing, analyzing, or interpreting product, operational, or business data.
• Strong ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations, not just reporting metrics or dashboards.
• Experience working with data from multiple teams, business units, or source systems and understanding data definitions and business context.
• Practical experience using generative AI or AI-enabled tools to improve workflows.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytical findings to strategic priorities and outcomes.
• Excellent data storytelling and communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate independently in an ambiguous environment, locate necessary data, and proactively investigate findings.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic partnership goals and hypotheses into structured analytical frameworks, success metrics, and insights.
• Gather and integrate data from multiple business units, products, teams, and source systems to develop a comprehensive view of partnership performance.
• Build relationships with cross-functional data, product, finance, analytics, marketing, and business teams to identify relevant data sources and understand metrics.
• Analyze customer and business outcomes such acquisition, engagement, product adoption, retention, churn, and other KPIs.
• Investigate unexpected results and independently identify secondary analytical questions to explain what is occurring within the business.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly communicate partnership performance.
• Transform complex data into executive-ready insights, narratives, and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Use SQL to access, validate, combine, and analyze data from disparate sources.
• Build and interpret business-facing dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
• Work with product, operational, and event data using Splunk.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate data sourcing, ingestion, analysis, dashboard prototyping, automation, visualization, reporting, and documentation.
• Develop scalable, repeatable approaches to recurring reporting and analytics while maintaining data quality, privacy, security, and governance standards.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, iterating quickly on analytical solutions and MVPs based on stakeholder needs.
