Job summary

Analytic Partners is a global leader in analytics, seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business and technology. You will translate requirements into feature specs, support data collection and validation, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to resolve issues.

Applicants should have a STEM/economics/statistics degree and 0–2 years of data analytics experience, with strong SQL, data platforms, and Office 365 skills. Jira/Confluence familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM, Economics, or Statistics.
• 0-2 years of work experience as a Data Analyst or in a Product support role.
• Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data cloud platforms, or ETL tools.
• Knowledge of Office 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Nice to have: Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of data, platform, and dependencies; translate requirements into feature specs.
• Provide data collection, prep, and validation support for projects.
• Collaborate with teams to analyze and resolve process and product issues.
• Research business and product challenges; recommend solutions.
• Analyze data to understand needs and OKR tracking.
• Write requirements and functional specifications for new features.
• Test features and verify alignment with specs with engineers.
• Coordinate with QA for test planning and execution.
