Centene Corp. is seeking a Data Analyst lead to manage analytic data needs across the business unit.

You will handle complex data projects and act as a lead for other Data Analysts, providing advanced analytical support across claims, provider, member, and clinical data streams. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 4+ years of statistical or data analysis experience (healthcare preferred), and strong skills in SQL, Power BI, and data warehousing tools.

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience, healthcare preferred.
• Experience managing projects or heavy involvement in project implementation.

Mansioni

• Provide advanced analytical support for business operations (claims, provider, member, clinical data, HEDIS, pharmacy).
• Extract, load, model, and reconcile large data across multiple system platforms and sources.
• Develop reports and deliverables for management and leadership.
• Review data to determine operational impacts, elevate issues and opportunities.
• Model data using MS Excel/Access/SQL and other data warehousing tools.
• Mentor and train other Data Analysts and lead projects or teams.
