ITSMF is seeking a Data Analyst to apply expert data analysis to solve business challenges and support data-driven decisions across stakeholders. You will lead analytics projects, develop procedures, and present insights to inform strategy.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SMEs, data scientists, and engineers, with mentoring duties and opportunities to influence decisions at multiple levels. A strong foundation in Python, Tableau, and AI-enabled tooling is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of data analysis methodologies, statistical concepts, and data validation techniques.
• Strong Project Management Skills.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau to build dashboards and communicate insights effectively.
• Foundational knowledge of AI, including the ability to use AI-enabled tools to enhance data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making at different organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Participates as a member of team of other data analysts carrying out the investigation, design, development, execution, and implementation of data science projects to generate new insights, products, technologies, and intellectual property.
• Creates plans, data collection and analysis procedures and data insight visualizations for assigned projects.
• Collaborates with internal and external partners to perform experiments and validations in accordance with overall plan.
• Collaborates with SMEs to develop procedures for collecting, recording, analyzing, and communicating data for review and feedback.
• Prepares literature and presentations for peer review, publication, and delivery at industry and scientific events and conferences; creates patent applications and supporting documentation.
• Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members.
