Capital One is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for the Card division to leverage analytics, build scalable data solutions, and drive BI capabilities. The role emphasizes discovery through AWS/Snowflake environments, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration with business units.

The candidate will design dashboards, translate business needs into data-driven insights, and contribute to data quality initiatives while operating in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field plus related analytics experience.
• Experience with scripting languages and BI visualization tools.
• Experience querying and analyzing data with SQL/Data languages and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Mine complex data sources using Open Source/Digital technologies and build well-managed data solutions.
• Partner with the business to design tools, metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization.
• Drive data quality management, metadata, lineage, and data access governance.
