Capital One is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst in McLean, VA to leverage analytics and data management to tackle business problems.

You will contribute across Innovation, Business Intelligence and Data Management with a focus on building scalable data solutions and self-service insights. The ideal candidate has a quantitative degree, strong scripting (Python, R, Spark, SQL), experience with Snowflake and AWS, and familiarity with data governance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, OR analytics or related quantitative field with 2+ years analytics experience or Master’s degree with start date before then.
• 1+ year scripting experience.
• 1+ year in BI visualization tools.
• 1+ year querying and analyzing data languages and platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Innovate with open source/digital technologies to mine data and build self-service data frameworks.
• Partner with business to design dashboards and tools for insights.
• Drive data quality, metadata lineage, and governance with tech teams.
