DataJobs in Jersey City, NJ, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support the Cyber Data Operations team for GRC programs by analyzing, shaping, and preparing data from upstream systems.

You will collect data from internal systems, analyze trends with Excel and BI tools, and collaborate with stakeholders to define data ingestion and data scrubbing processes feeding CyberDW for GRC programs. Hybrid remote in Jersey City, 6 months, $54/hour.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret data in a business context.
• Effective communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in analyzing data sources, creating technical requirements, and supporting data scrubbing from upstream source systems.
• SQL and relational databases exposure is a plus.
• Python proficiency is a plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Understanding the GRC data space and knowledge of controls testing, including automation of testing types.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize data from internal systems, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Analyze trends, patterns, and business performance using Excel or BI tools.
• Partner with stakeholders and data development teams to understand data sources feeding the CyberDW for GRC programs.
