Job summary

Amicis Global is seeking a mid-level to senior Data Analyst to support the Cyber Data Operations team within ISDAD on projects for the GRC programs in Jersey City, NJ. The role focuses on analyzing data sources, preparing technical requirements, and scrubbing data from upstream systems.

The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders and data development teams to understand data loads into the CyberDW for the GRC programs, with emphasis on accuracy and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing data sources and preparing technical requirements.
• Proficiency with Excel and BI tools for trends and performance analysis.
• Exposure to SQL and relational databases is a plus.
• Python proficiency is a plus.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio for visualizations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data in a business context.

Responsibilities

• Gather and organize data from internal systems, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Analyze trends, patterns, and business performance using Excel or BI tools.
• Any exposure to SQL and relational databases is a plus.
• Proficient in Python a plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data in a business context.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• An additional plus would be understanding the GRC data space and knowledge of controls testing and how to automate controls testing types of projects.
