Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of requirements management / business analysis experience.
• Proficient in SQL and able to write complex queries.
• Scripting experience (R, Python, VBA or similar).
• Ability to read and interpret code and technical artefacts.
• Experience in process analysis and documentation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; proactive team player under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Requirements elicitation, documenting and management.
• Create rules based on gathered requirements using internally-built language.
• Conduct insightful, ad hoc analysis to investigate production issues.
• Maintaining project backlog.
• Participate in product increment acceptance testing and testing results analysis.
