Jobgether is seeking a data analytics leader to own the financial analytics reporting stack end-to-end for the iCasino business. You will build dashboards, model data with analytics engineering, and deliver insights to finance and business stakeholders.

You will transform large datasets with SQL, Snowflake, and dbt, and design scalable BI solutions using Sigma/Tableau/Looker. Strong communication and autonomy are essential for success in this fast-paced startup environment.

Competenze

• 4+ years in data analytics or similar role in a fast-growing environment.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to query and analyze large datasets.
• Familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, MSSQL, Vertica, Presto, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with dbt Core/Cloud including data modeling, transformations, and reporting workflows.
• Proficiency with BI/datas viz tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or equivalents.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of projects from reporting solutions to analytics capabilities.
• Strong communication to translate business needs to technical requirements for stakeholders.
• High accountability, autonomy and initiative with minimal supervision.
• Python for data wrangling and pipeline development is a plus.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cortex, Copilot) is advantageous.
• Experience in gaming, casino operations, or sports betting is beneficial.
• Startup/consulting experience or close work with finance teams is desirable.

Accountabilities:

You will own the financial analytics reporting stack end-to-end, ensuring that data is transformed into reliable reporting and meaningful insights for business stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

• Build Financial Reporting Infrastructure: Create and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and KPI tracking for the new iCasino business from scratch.
• Own Data Modeling and Reporting: Partner with analytics engineering to develop data models and deliver reporting solutions through Sigma and Oracle.
• Transform Complex Datasets: Query, join, and transform large datasets using SQL, Snowflake, and dbt to support cross-functional reporting requirements.
• Deliver Business Insights: Analyze operational and financial performance, identify trends and opportunities, and communicate findings clearly to finance and business stakeholders.
• Develop BI Solutions: Design and implement effective business intelligence dashboards in Sigma, applying best practices for usability, accuracy, and scalability.
• Maintain BI Standards: Help establish and maintain best practices across internal and external Sigma environments.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to solve business problems and develop scalable analytics solutions.
• Leverage Generative AI: Use tools such as Snowflake Cortex, Claude, and GitHub Copilot to automate workflows, streamline reporting, and improve productivity.
• Share Knowledge: Train and mentor colleagues on BI best practices and emerging Snowflake and Claude capabilities.
• Stay Current: Monitor developments in data analytics, business intelligence, and the sports betting and gaming industry to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong technical analytics skills with independent project ownership and the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations. You should be comfortable working autonomously, managing ambiguity, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams. Key qualifications include:

• At least 4 years of experience in a data analyst or similar analytical role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, MSSQL, Vertica, Presto, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with dbt Core or dbt Cloud, including data modeling, transformations, and reporting workflows.
• Proficiency in a business intelligence or data visualization tool such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or an equivalent platform.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of projects, including building reporting solutions and analytical capabilities from scratch.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and present insights, progress, and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
• A high degree of accountability, autonomy, and initiative, with the ability to deliver results without extensive supervision.
• Python experience for data wrangling and pipeline development is a plus.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Snowflake Cortex, or GitHub Copilot is an advantage.
• Previous experience in gaming, casino operations, or sports betting is beneficial.
• Experience in a startup, consulting environment, or working closely with finance teams as a data practitioner is desirable.

Benefits:

• Annual base salary: $128,250–$168,750 USD. The final range depends on the applicable geographic compensation zone and confirmed work location.
