First Citizens Bank seeks a Senior Enterprise Data Analyst to drive governance, quality, and architecture of enterprise data across the organization. You will lead data initiatives, build dashboards, and enforce data policies while collaborating with IT and business units to improve reporting and analytics capabilities.

Ideal candidate has expertise in SAS, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and cloud data platforms; experience in banking data is a plus. Remote role with select U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Management or related field with 6+ years in data management/analytics; or HS diploma with 10+ years' experience.
• Experience with data governance, enterprise data warehouses, and data quality initiatives.
• Proficiency in SAS programming, SQL, and BI reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of AWS, Snowflake, data lakes, and regulatory data in banking is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead enhancements for enterprise data quality, governance, and storage.
• Build dashboards to modernize analytics and support data projects.
• Enforce data policies, validate reporting data, and mentor junior staff.
• Document source-to-target mappings and data dictionaries for the EDW.
