Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking a Data Analyst III for a 12-month contract in Denver, CO. In this role, you will provide analytical support to the Drilling & Completions (D&C) team, transforming complex data into actionable insights. Required qualifications include expertise in SQL and Power BI, along with strong analytical and communication skills. The successful candidate will work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and reporting quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• 2+ years writing complex SQL queries in production environments.
• 2+ years experience building and managing Power BI or Spotfire dashboards.
• Experience in a data-intensive environment supporting operations.

Responsibilities

• Extract, analyze, and interpret complex datasets for business decisions.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries for D&C reporting and analysis.
• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards for D&C teams.
• Utilize automation tools to streamline data analysis.
