AssistRx, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own DTAs, lead gap analyses, and translate complex data findings into actionable insights for technical and executive audiences.
You will collaborate with legal, compliance, and IT to ensure data flows meet regulatory requirements and support data governance, reporting, and client success initiatives.
Primary author and owner of DTAs — drafting, negotiating, and maintaining data-sharing agreements with clients and partners.
Lead systematic gap analysis between multiple systems to drive data quality and integration decisions. Provides understanding of impact analysis when changing source or target systems, both upstream and downstream.
Serve as a direct client-facing data resource — translating business needs into data solutions and communicating findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Produce clear, accurate written deliverables (reports, documentation, DTA summaries) and lead stakeholder presentations and data reviews.
Own complex SQL queries, data modeling, and analytical reporting across Snowflake and connected data warehouse environments.
The Senior Data Analyst at AssistRx serves as a primary point of contact between client organizations and internal data systems. This role leads the full lifecycle of Data Transfer Agreement (DTA) documentation, conducts structured gap analyses between source and target data environments, and translates complex data findings into actionable insights for both technical and executive audiences. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as this analyst will engage directly with customers on data governance, integration readiness, and reporting needs.
Produces clear, accurate, well-structured documents including DTAs, gap analyses, and stakeholder reports. Edits for precision and adapts writing style to audience.
Leads client-facing data reviews and internal presentations with clarity and confidence. Listens actively, responds to questions, and adjusts explanations for technical and non-technical audiences.
Builds trusted relationships with client data teams. Understands customer data needs and translates them into actionable requirements and documentation.
Synthesizes complex, multi-system data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities. Uses both quantitative methods and domain expertise to reach sound conclusions.
Maintains accuracy across DTA documentation, SQL logic, and gap analysis outputs. Proactively catches errors before they reach stakeholders.
Proactively identifies data gaps, expiring agreements, and process improvement opportunities without waiting to be directed.
Adjusts analytical approach and communication style as data environments, client needs, and priorities evolve.
Collaborates with legal, engineering, product, and client-success teams to deliver integrated data solutions and compliant data agreements.
Handles sensitive client data with integrity. Upholds data governance policies and treats DTA obligations as binding commitments.
Continuously develops expertise in SQL, data warehousing, schema mapping, and data governance tooling. Shares knowledge with team members.
