Walmart in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to build and monitor data quality frameworks, profile data, and implement governance across enterprise datasets. You will translate business needs into data-driven solutions and collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver clear, actionable insights.

The role requires a Master’s or 2 years plus bachelor’s in a related field, strong SQL, experience with SSIS/ETL, SSRS, Power Query, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or the equivalent in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; OR Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field plus 2 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
• Experience in data quality assessment, profiling, and governance practices.
• Proficient in SQL and data extraction/transformation processes.
• Ability to define and implement data quality controls and business rules.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
