Job summary

ePATHUSA, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented data analyst to support healthcare payment analysis, medical review evaluation, and policy research on federal programs.

You will combine multiple datasets, track billing and payment activities, and help monitor program performance. You'll build summaries and analyses, work with a cross-functional team, and apply Excel, Python or R and SQL to answer research questions about Medicare and other federal payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an analytical field such as mathematics, statistics, economics or epidemiology.
• 2+ years in data analysis related to healthcare.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis programming (Python, R, SAS or STATA).

Responsibilities

• Integrate datasets tracking healthcare billing and payment, medical reviews, and related operations.
• Construct summaries and analyses for monitoring healthcare payments and evaluating medical review activities.
• Contribute to research questions related to federal healthcare policy and payments through data querying and analysis.
• Collaborate with a multi-skilled team of analysts and policy experts on project-based work.
