About the Role:
We are seeking a curious, experienced Data Analyst to bridge between product, clinical, and operational teams. This analyst will be directly embedded on operational and product teams for close collaboration with other technical and clinical experts.
The analytics team's mission is to empower Cityblock with trustworthy data insights, intuitive and reliable tools, and deep data domain expertise in support of our mission to radically improve the health of marginalized communities at scale.
To succeed in this role, a candidate should have a strong sense of curiosity, a propensity towards action, and a desire to work in agile teams. In this role, you should feel comfortable working with and advising experienced business executives, technical stakeholders, engineers, product managers, and clinical teams. This analyst will act as a technical mentor and leader across the analytics team to assist with code reviews, question design, and stakeholder management. This analyst will find themself supporting operational leaders to build workflow reporting, identify cost savings, designing new pipelines with data engineers, and create new analytics tools to solve complex operational problems.
