Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Data Analyst with child welfare domain expertise to support a state agency modernization effort. You will translate program needs into data-driven insights, scalable reporting, and actionable dashboards for program oversight and decision-making.

You will partner with agency stakeholders, prepare data from multiple systems, and design dashboards that drive action. 3+ years in data analytics, SQL/Python, and Power BI are preferred, with US-based location and eligibility for

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience with data analytics, reporting, or BI.
Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Partner with agency stakeholders to gather requirements and define analytics and reporting needs.
Prepare data from multiple systems for analytics and reporting.
Design and develop dashboards that drive action and insights.
Translate program workflows into metrics, KPIs and reporting logic.
Publish user-centered data products for business users.
Advise on expanding data use across the agency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reporting with priorities.
