Knutson Construction, Minneapolis, MN, is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. You will help deliver trusted, governed data products and enable better decision-making through self-service analytics and emerging AI capabilities.

As the second member of the team, you will partner with the Data & Analytics Manager to shape analytics delivery, build upstream datasets, and drive data-driven culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building analytics and reporting products for business stakeholders.
• Experience with data governance concepts including ownership, stewardship, quality standards, and certified data products.
• Experience supporting self-service analytics adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, or change management.

Responsibilities

• Translates business needs into actionable data products and drives adoption of analytics solutions across the company.
• Designs, builds, and maintains data products supporting reporting, self-service analytics, and AI initiatives.
• Maintains and promotes trusted data assets with governance and access controls.
• Collaborates with the analytics team to improve data quality, metadata, and definitions.
