Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support and enhance our project management platform, partnering with business stakeholders to streamline processes and improve user experiences. This role requires office presence in Plano, TX, with 5 days/week onsite and no relocation.

You will drive Agile delivery, create UAT plans, and develop Power Automate flows to reduce manual work. Candidates should have 3+ years in business applications, experience with Power Platform, and strong communication

Qualifications

3+ years of experience supporting business applications and PMO-related technology solutions.
Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
Understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum concepts, and user story development.
Experience creating test cases, supporting UAT, and documenting defects.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and enhance enterprise project management applications.
Manage user access, roles, permissions, and governance.
Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements; create user stories.
Develop standardized workflows, templates, schedules, dependencies, milestones, and automation logic.
Create UAT test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and coordinate UAT activities.
Develop and maintain Power Automate flows and other Power Platform solutions to reduce manual effort.
Create release notes, training materials, and user documentation; support rollout and adoption.
