Job summary

Talentify seeks a Senior Data Analyst to join a product-focused analytics team. The role focuses on building dashboards and reports from Clean Room-enabled data and industry solutions, enabling customers to measure marketing impact and optimize campaigns.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in SQL/Python and experience in AdTech, with familiarity in TV industry a plus. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver data-driven insights to large clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience with SQL and Python.
• Experience with marketing measurement analysis.
• Experience with data driven dashboards and BI.
• AdTech industry experience required; familiarity with the TV industry is a plus.
• 9+ years in analytics or data science with measurement and attribution expertise.
• Strong communication skills in client-facing environments.
• Proven dashboard/storytelling experience using data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting and analytics initiatives for client customers.
• Develop KPIs and learning plans to support marketing objectives.
• Design observational analytics and scalable templates for multi-customer use cases.
• Work with customer data to drive insights and campaign optimization.
• Create rich visualizations and dashboards to tell data stories.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
