About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to bridge the gap between complex data and strategic decision-making. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—marketing, product, call centre operations, business development, and engineering—to uncover insights that drive business growth and operational excellence.

This isn’t just about generating reports; you’ll be deeply involved in crafting visualisations, developing data models, and providing key analytical support. Your insights will shape the trajectory of their products and services.

What You’ll Be Working On

Build and maintain impactful dashboards and reporting workflows, ensuring stakeholders have clear, actionable data insights.

Analyse diverse data sets—customer behaviour, market trends, operational metrics—to inform strategic initiatives.

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to promote a data-driven culture and solve real-world business challenges.

Present insights directly to external clients and internal teams, optimizing customer acquisition and operational performance.

Support the development of data models, analytics goals, and explore new data opportunities to fuel growth.

Work closely with executive leadership to inform strategic decisions with data-centric insights.

Who You Are

You’ve got a minimum of 5 years of relevant practical experience as a Data Analyst or Scientist, within a Call Center Operation.

You’re confident interpreting complex data and translating it into clear insights for key stakeholders and executives.

️ You’re proficient in SQL, Python or R, Excel, and visualization tools like AWS QuickSight.

You’re passionate about using Business Intelligence to solve challenges and grow the business.

You have a track record of owning projects or tasks that have actively improved the business (lowered costs, increased revenues, increased efficiencies, etc.).

You are skilled in critical thinking and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

️ You are experienced with deploying data models in production.

You are proficient with SQL database update commands.

You thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment and are committed to continuous learning and development.
