Join Galileo as a Senior Data Analyst, where you'll be the cornerstone of data-driven decision-making across our entire product ecosystem. You'll build the analytical infrastructure that powers insights for Marketing, Operations, Client Services, and Customer Service teams, directly impacting how we understand and improve our users' healthcare journey.

A Day in the Life

You'll spend significant time diving deep into SQL queries and dbt models, optimizing performance while ensuring data accuracy across our complex healthcare data ecosystem. Equally important is the collaborative aspect of the role: you'll partner closely with Product Engineering to understand new features, work with Marketing to track campaign effectiveness, and assist Operations in identifying workflow improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain dbt data marts that transform raw user data into actionable utilization profiles and behavioral segments
  • Create and optimize Looker dashboards that become the daily source of truth for 20+ stakeholders across 4+ departments
  • Partner with Product Engineering teams to implement comprehensive event tracking and behavioral analytics
  • Deliver subscription and retention analyses that directly inform product strategy and revenue forecasting
  • Reduce dashboard load times and query performance by 20%+ through systematic optimization
  • Conduct deep-dive user journey and funnel analyses that identify friction points and improvement opportunities
  • Maintain impeccable data quality standards while building self-service analytics capabilities for non-technical users
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 7+ years of SQL experience with complex datasets, including multi-table joins and query optimization
  • 5+ years collaborating with stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Product, and Customer Service functions
  • 5+ years of digital product analytics experience with subscription/SaaS business models
  • Proven expertise with dbt for building and maintaining data transformation pipelines
  • Hands-on experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
  • Track record of partnering with engineering teams and understanding technical documentation (PRDs, TDDs)
  • Experience with ETL tools like Fivetran and modern data stack technologies

Compensation: $150,000 - $160,000 + equity
