Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Consulting professional to develop and support Qlik dashboards, data visualizations, and analytical products for CBP Trade mission decision-making.

You will collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and agile teams, refine requirements, demonstrate analytics solutions, and support user adoption. Travel up to 10%, must obtain public trust, and 5+ years in agile data analytics required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years' experience in agile data analytics projects.
• Experience facilitating meetings in an agile delivery environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support Qlik dashboards, data visualizations, and analytical products for CBP Trade mission decision-making.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams throughout the sprint lifecycle to refine requirements and support delivery.
• Demonstrate analytics models and dashboards to stakeholders and end users, gathering feedback to validate functionality and drive adoption.
• Provide daily status updates on development progress, risks, and impediments in Agile meetings; support backlog refinement.
• Monitor risks, facilitate resolutions with stakeholders, and report to program leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve analytics products and delivery processes.

What You Will Do

Develop, enhance, and support Qlik dashboards, data visualizations, and analytical products that enable CBP Trade mission decision-making. Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams throughout the sprint lifecycle to refine requirements, address dependencies, and support successful delivery of analytics capabilities. Demonstrate analytics models, dashboards, and reporting solutions to stakeholders and end users, gathering feedback to validate functionality, inform enhancements, and support user adoption. Provide daily status updates on development progress, upcoming activities, risks, and impediments during Agile team and stakeholder meetings. Support backlog refinement, user story development, and requirements analysis to ensure business needs are effectively translated into technical solutions. Monitor project risks and issues, facilitate resolution with appropriate stakeholders, and provide regular reporting to program leadership. Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve analytics products, processes, and overall delivery effectiveness.

What You Will Need

Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred. Bachelor's Degree FIVE (5) or more years' experience facilitating meetings in an agile delivery environment and supporting data analytics initiatives and technology development projects.
