Job summary

Pinnacle Home Care, Florida’s largest independent Medicare-certified home health provider, seeks a Senior Data Analyst to drive data-led improvements in patient care. You will develop complex SQL queries, automate workflows in Python, and build executive dashboards with Power BI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, data engineering, or related field.
• Advanced SQL skills with complex queries and performance optimization.
• Strong Python experience for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools and Snowflake or a cloud data platform.
• Experience with REST APIs and structured data (JSON, CSV, Excel).
• Familiarity with Git or source-control workflows and ETL/ELT concepts.
• Healthcare or home health data experience preferred; HIPAA familiarity desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Develop advanced SQL queries and reusable datasets usingSQL Server, Snowflake, and other enterprise data sources.
• UsePythonto automate data processing, reconciliation, validation, reporting, and other repetitive workflows.
• Build dashboards and executive reporting usingPower BIand related reporting tools.
• Translate business questions into clear analyses, metrics, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Combine data from databases, APIs, Excel, CSV, JSON, and cloud applications.
• Develop automated data pipelines and reporting processes.
• Validate data quality and investigate discrepancies across systems and reports.
• Partner directly with operational, clinical, financial, and executive teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through better data, reporting, and automation.
• Document solutions and maintain strong development, testing, and source-control practices.
• Mentor junior analysts and help establish analytics and development standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experiencein data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or a related field.
• AdvancedSQLskills, including complex queries, data transformation, and performance optimization.
• Strong professional experience withPython, including data analysis and production-level automation.
• Strong experience withPower BIor comparable BI/reporting tools.
• Experience withSnowflakeor another cloud data platform.
• Experience working withREST APIsand structured data such as JSON, CSV, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently take a business problem from requirements through analysis and implementation.
• Experience with ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and automated workflows.
• Experience with Git or comparable source-control tools.
• Healthcare or home health experience preferred.
• Experience working with operational, clinical, or financial healthcare data preferred.
• Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Graph experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and handling PHI preferred.
• Experience integrating SaaS and enterprise applications preferred.
