Job summary

Infosys Healthcare is hiring a Technology Consultant 2 to drive data-driven decision-making and robust BI solutions. You will design and implement SQL queries, automate data workflows in Python, and build scalable Power BI dashboards using Fabric for enterprise reporting.

The role emphasizes end-to-end SDLC involvement, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and delivery of reliable analytics to support business initiatives in the healthcare domain.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries and Python-based automation solutions for day-to-day reporting, data extracts, and analytics.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards and leverage Microsoft Fabric for data integration and enterprise reporting.
• Support ongoing operational reporting and strategic projects by analyzing requirements and delivering reliable reporting.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for BI and data solutions following best practices.

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided
• Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
• Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
• Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
• Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
• Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects

Required Skill And Experience

• Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries and Python-based automation solutions to support day-to-day business reporting, data extracts, and analytical requirements.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards and leverage Microsoft Fabric for data integration, transformation, analytics, and scalable enterprise reporting solutions.
• Support both ongoing operational reporting and strategic initiative projects, working with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, identify data insights, and deliver reliable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for BI and data solutions, following development best practices for version control, automated deployments, testing, performance optimization, and production support.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
