Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze clickstream and transactional data to derive insights into the customer journey.
• Formulate hypotheses to address bottlenecks and improve user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics are accurately implemented.
• Lead the design and analysis of A/B tests to validate strategies.
• Present synthesized insights through compelling narratives to various internal stakeholders.
• Partner with teams across Engagement & Retention, Data Science, Finance, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to drive product growth.
• Use statistical and data science models to enhance understanding of the customer journey from acquisition to retention.
• Utilize Power BI and Tableau for creating diagnostic analytics dashboards.
