Job summary

Signature IT World Inc in Phoenix seeks a data analytics professional to design and implement BI solutions using Python and Power BI.

You will transform data with SQL, ETL processes, data modeling (star/snowflake), and Excel-based analysis to deliver dashboards and KPIs, applying AI/ML concepts where appropriate. Collaborate with teams to maintain reporting standards and drive data-driven decisions. On-site in Phoenix with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python with data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
• Expertise in Power BI development, dashboards, DAX, and Power Query.
• Strong data modeling knowledge (star/snowflake schemas).
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot, macros).
• SQL and relational databases experience.
• ETL processes and data transformation experience.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and predictive analytics.
• Strong BI reporting, KPIs, and visualization best practices.

• Strong hands‑on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Scikit‑learn).
• Expertise in Power BI development, dashboard creation, DAX, and Power Query.
• Strong knowledge of Data Modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Dimensional Modeling).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Lookup functions, Macros, and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data transformation techniques.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts such as regression, classification, clustering, forecasting, and predictive analytics.
• Strong understanding of BI reporting, KPIs, and visualization best practices.
• Experience integrating multiple data sources into reporting platforms.
