Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support a financial commercial client, partnering with BI and Analytics teams to adopt and maximize data solutions. You’ll serve as a technical liaison for requirements, solutions adoption, and enablement.

The role requires in-office presence three days per week in Tysons/McLean, VA and a background with SQL, Python, Snowflake, Informatica, and AWS, plus mortgage/financial data experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of professional experience.
• Experience across the SDLC including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, and operations.
• Solid understanding of system development methodologies and database concepts.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong written and verbal communication.
• Advanced SQL experience with query creation.
• Experience with Python, Snowflake, Informatica.
• Experience in a Cloud Platform, preferably AWS.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to present operational metrics to Senior Management.
• Mortgage and Financial Data experience strongly preferred.

• Spearhead consumer communications and manage internal and external communications across SharePoint and Teams.

• Support development teams to champion consumer use cases and needs.

• Experience across the SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, and operations
• Solid understanding of system development methodologies and techniques, and an excellent grasp of database concepts and principles
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong verbal, and written communication skills
• Advanced experience with SQL including query creation (such as select queries)
• Experience with Python, Snowflake, Informatica
• Experience in working in a Cloud Platform preferably AWS
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft products, such as Word, Excel, Visio, etc.
• Ability to capture and present operational metrics to Senior Management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects at any given time
• Mortgage and Financial Data experience strongly preferred

Additional Information:

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen. As part of the hiring process, this position requires a pre-employment drug test due to client requirements.

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000. The actual salary will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
