The successful candidate will have extensive experience in statistical analysis and data modeling and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify trends and patterns in data.

Key Accountabilities

• Leading data analysis projects from start to finish, including data collection, cleaning, analysis, and interpretation of structured and unstructured datasets.
• Lead efforts in utilizing AI Agents/Skills in data analysis
• Conducting advanced analysis using statistical tools and software, such as SQL or Python.
• Designing and implementing data models and simulations to forecast trends and patterns.
• Collaborating with teams to identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for business decisions.
• Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
• Identifying areas for improvement in data collection and analysis processes and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Mentoring junior data analysts and assisting with their development.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field.
