Job summary

Endava seeks a senior Data & AI leader to drive forecasting initiatives and architecture across data platforms, analytics, ML, and GenAI. You will guide projects from discovery to production, mentor teams, and ensure rigorous validation and governance while communicating business outcomes to executives.

You will collaborate with clients to translate complex problems into measurable AI solutions, lead workshops, and shape proposals and staffing for impactful engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied forecasting and data domain experience.
• Experience leading forecasting engagements from discovery through production.
• Strong regression, feature design, and model validation skills.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; reproducible analytical workflows.
• Experience with Snowflake and ML/AI platforms; Git in delivery.
• Executive communication and client workshop leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior trusted advisor to CIO/CTO/CDO and stakeholders.
• Lead Data & AI discovery and translate business problems into solutions.
• Design end-to-end architectures across data platforms, analytics, ML, and APIs.
• Lead forecasting, model selection, tuning, and validation.
• Define business and model success measures and KPIs.
• Ensure data integrity, prevent leakage, and maintain governance.
• Provide hands-on leadership with Python, SQL, notebooks, Git.
• Shape AI use cases across forecasting, revenue, personalization, and optimization.
• Lead architecture workshops and present recommendations to executives.
• Support proposals, SOWs, RFI/RFP responses, estimates, staffing models.
