Job summary

PeoplePilot seeks a Data & Analytics Practice Leader to guide enterprise Data & AI initiatives across platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will lead client engagements, brainstorm solution options, and oversee PoCs, PoTs and MVPs while shaping competency development within teams.

The role requires 15+ years in data architecture and AI implementations, strong presentation skills, and a proven track record of presales and consulting for financial services or related industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Software discipline and/or MBA is a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in Data architecture, Gen AI, Pre-Sales, Consulting, and Implementation of large-scale Enterprise-level Data Lake/Data Warehousing, Big Data and AI applications.
• Background in Data and AI, having led multiple engagements in Data & AI in terms of solutioning, architecture and presales.
• Excellent client interaction and presentation skills.
• Lifecycle experience with AWS/Azure/GCP Data & AI Services, Generative AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain, Python, and cloud services (Azure OpenAI, AWS).
• Technical knowledge of LLMs, RAG architecture, and vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Engage with client managers to understand current state and business problems/opportunities.
• Conceptualize solution options and present capabilities to clients.
• Help bootstrap teams and deliver PoCs/PoTs/MVPs for Data & AI engagements.
• Stay up to date on best practices and emerging tools in Data & AI.
