Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise software platforms and large-scale development initiatives.
- Strong background in modern software engineering practices and delivery models.
- Hands-on experience with AI, ML, agentic workflows or advanced analytics.
- Experience managing complex programs, roadmaps, budgeting, and execution.
- Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into scalable environments.
- Experience coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Set technology strategy, architecture, and delivery direction.
- Lead multi-layered teams across design, delivery, architecture, and operations.
- Oversee full software development lifecycle for secure, high-quality delivery.
- Drive adoption of AI and advanced analytics in workflows.
- Translate business needs into technology roadmaps and prioritized initiatives.
- Manage programs including business cases, resources, budgets, and vendors.
