Job summary

Deloitte seeks an Associate Vice President, AI and Data Solutions to lead the design and delivery of AI solutions for client engagements in Healthcare. You will guide data and analytics transformations for Healthcare clients, shaping architectures to deliver business impact.

You will manage cross-functional delivery, build stakeholder relationships, and contribute to thought leadership while coaching junior practitioners. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering AI and Data solutions for Healthcare providers.
• 6+ years modernizing enterprise data platforms.
• Cloud and on-premises data landscape incl. Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Teradata.
• ETL/ELT tools and data integration patterns in cloud ecosystems.
• Healthcare provider data ecosystems such as Epic Clarity, Epic Caboodle, Cerner/Oracle Health.
• Clinical data exchange and coding standards HL7, FHIR, ICD.
• Data operations (orchestration, monitoring, data quality, production support).
• 4+ years leading, managing and delivering complex AI and Data engagements.
• 2+ years shaping executive conversations and selling data analytics deals.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead small engagements or key workstreams within large healthcare data transformations.
• Design and implement cloud and hybrid data architectures, migrations, and solutions.
• Manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships and align delivery to business goals.
• Oversee quality of team deliverables and contribute to hands-on solutions.
• Support practice growth through proposals, thought leadership, and coaching junior practitioners.
