Intuit Inc. in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Senior Technical Data & AI Enablement Analyst to join our Legal Solutions & Strategy team.

You will help modernize how our legal function uses data, automation, and AI to drive faster, smarter workflows across counsel, operations, and engineering. You will build dashboards, data pipelines, and AI-enabled tools, translate business needs into technical solutions, and coach other analysts.

Qualifications

BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a data analytics or analytical role, ideally supporting a legal, compliance, operations, or comparable business function.
Proficiency with data analysis and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Quicksight, Qliksense, Excel, Looker, or Google Sheets) and demonstrated ability to build and maintain dashboards that surface actionable insights.
Hands-on experience with the AWS suite (S3, SES, data lake services) and cloud-based data infrastructure.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines and contributing to a data lake/warehouse ecosystem.
Experience with version control and collaborative development workflows using GitHub.
Working knowledge of SQL (Databricks SQL, Athena, BigQuery) and comfort querying, joining, and transforming data from multiple sources.
Familiarity with AI and automation tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) and applying them to workflows.
Strong ability to define and track success and anchor metrics, and to translate business questions into measurable analytical outputs.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Focus on understanding client context and working with partners to drive solutions.
Superior project and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Proven initiative and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and reporting for LCPO stakeholders to provide real-time visibility into portfolio health, initiative progress, tool adoption, workflow performance, and capacity.
Track success metrics and anchor metrics across LCPO strategic initiatives, including AI-assisted reviews, contract lifecycle management, workflow enablement, and Knowledge Management System.
Contribute to the LCPO Data Lake ecosystem by building and monitoring data pipelines, governance, and coordinating with FLP Tech data engineers on requirements.
Support and scale AI enablement across LCPO workflows, evaluating, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered tools.
Replace manual, repetitive reporting with automated bot-driven reports and pipelines to reduce turnaround times.
Conduct ad hoc analyses to surface bottlenecks and provide data-driven insights into processes and decisions.
Support annual and FY planning cycles with clean data on initiative performance and capacity inputs.
Partner with product owners, architects, and data engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Help enable and upskill other data analysts across LCPO, aligning with data standards and governance.
Drive requirements and process improvements across legal workflows, including change management and stakeholder communication.
