Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML application engineering or technical consulting.
• Proven track record shipping production AI/ML solutions.
• Advanced Python and strong SQL; experience building LLM apps and orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery and own solution architecture for cloud‑based AI on Azure/AWS using Python and SQL.
• Translate business goals into technical roadmaps, designs, and success metrics; manage timelines and risks.
• Build, harden, and scale services with CI/CD, containerization, IaC (Terraform), and robust data pipelines (Databricks).
• Establish responsible AI guardrails and lead compliance with security standards.
• Instrument solutions for telemetry and analytics; optimize performance, reliability, and cost.
• Mentor junior engineers; enforce coding standards and create reusable components.
